2. Service Description

Avala provides AI content detection services through a Chrome browser extension and web platform. Our service analyzes text and images to detect AI-generated content with high accuracy.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access Avala services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Avala offers a single subscription plan at $7.99 per month, providing:

• 250 text scans per month
• 250 image scans per month
• Chrome extension access
• Real-time AI detection

New users receive a one-time trial of 15 text scans and 15 image scans upon account creation. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Usage is limited to the scan allowances included in your subscription plan. Excessive automated or bulk usage may result in service suspension.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Avala to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or spam
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our underlying algorithms

7. Privacy and Data

8. Disclaimers

Avala provides AI detection services "as is" without warranties. While we strive for high accuracy, no AI detection system is 100% perfect. Users should not rely solely on Avala for critical decisions.

Avala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
